I started doing child care almost 10 years go by myself while I was living in Victoria, B.C. I worked casually at Craigdarroch Care Home and ran a daycare from my home on a part time basis.

I moved to Saskatoon in 2001 and worked as a casual care aide with Extendicare while again doing child care from my home. In April of 2004, I decided to expand my child care and started it full-time.

I am also a proud mother of four children!

• I have a hairdressing license and did that for about 4 to 5 years.
• Special care nursing aide certificate and did that for 7 years.
• Drug administration course to go with my care aide course.
• Food safe certificate.
• Professional assault response training certificate.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
