Our
menu changes every two weeks. The following is a list of our four
different menus that are rotated every two weeks. If you would like
to know which menu rotation we are on, it is always posted in the
entry.
Menu
#1 Monday:
Breakfast - Hard boiled eggs, grapefruit, milk/juice/water
Dinner - Pancakes, sausage, milk/water
Snack - Ritz crackers, hard cheese, water Tuesday:
Breakfast - Whole grain or rice cereal, whole wheat toast, milk/juice/water
Dinner - Soup, fresh salad with dressing, milk/water
Snack- Apples, water Wednesday:
Breakfast - Variety of Bagels with cream cheese or butter, variety
of Danon Yogurt, milk/juice/water
Dinner - Whole wheat spaghetti with homemade meat sauce, milk/water
Snack - Puff wheat cake, water Thursday:
Breakfast - Whole grain or rice cereal, fresh strawberries, milk/juice/water
Dinner - Roast beef, potatoes, carrots, milk/water
Snack - Popcorn, water Friday:
Breakfast - Whole wheat toast, grapes, milk/juice/water
Dinner - Home made chili, fresh whole wheat buns, milk/water
Snack - Assorted flavors of Teddy Grahams, water

Breakfast - Homemade muffins, yogurt, milk
Dinner - Meat and Veggie Stirfry on rice or noodles
Snack - Rice Krispie Squares Tuesday:
Breakfast - Cereal, Banana,
Dinner - Mac & Cheese with cooked ham
Snack - Mixed veggies with dip Wednesday:
Breakfast - Waffles with fresh fruit
Dinner - Beef and Veggie Stew
Snack - Raisin Cinnamon Toast Thursday:
Breakfast - English Muffins, cereal
Dinner - Sloppy Joes, Salad
Snack - Nachos Friday:
Breakfast - French Toast
Dinner - BLT’s, mixed veggies
Snack - Granola Bars

note - water is available at all times during the day
We will take any allergies into consideration when putting together
our menus for the children. Please notify us in advance should there
